Jon and I bought this home in June 2007. I knew it had potental! We put a lot of hard work into:
The yard ... pulled weeds, planted grass, layed rock, fenced the back yard
The garage ... finished the drywall, painted and set up the garage as a rec room
The inside ... scrubbed the entire house, painted, new vinyl and carpeting
Furnishing ... new couches, and beds
